Description: Officer Slook was on his beat when he observed a speeding motorist. Officer Slook gave chase via taxi cab, standing on the running board, and stopped the car. Officer Slook searched the driver and when he determined the driver was unarmed, he put his weapon away. A passenger seated in the rear of the car shot Officer Slook six times causing his death. The suspect was convicted of murder and electrocuted for murder.
