Description: Sergeant Torres-Chaparro suffered a fatal heart attack while participating in a mandatory training at the former Industrial Womens Prison in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico. The training involved practicing tactical skills. Sergeant Torres-Chaparro experienced chest pains during the training and was transported to a local hospital where he died.
