Description: Lieutenant Tise was killed when his cruiser was run over by a stolen motor grader operated by a juvenile. The suspect also crashed into Officer Dan Dodder's cruiser but Officer Dodder survived. The officers had responded to reports of unauthorized operation of heavy road-working equipment by several unknown individuals. Four juveniles were charged with murder.
