Description: Deputy Marshal Taylor and Deputy Marshal Dodson were shot and killed in a raid on moonshiners in outside of Little Rock, Arkansas. Marshal Taylor and fellow marshals were closing in on the illegal distillery when the moonshiners opened fire. Marshal Taylor and Marshal Dodson were killed instantly. Two more officers were killed subsequently. When the scene of the crime was investigated the moonshiners had disappeared as well as two wounded marshals.
