Description: Deputy Sheriff Tarleton collapsed after a physical confrontation with a suspect who was resisting arrest. After Deputies Tarleton and Douglas Morgan escorted the suspect to the county jail, Deputy Tarleton complained of chest pains. Deputy Tarleton was transported to the hospital where he died two hours later of a heart attack.
