Description: Investigator Tepe was killed in an automobile accident while performing investigative duties on US 50 near Spearville, Kansas. A car driving in the opposite direction experienced a tire blow-out, crossed into Investigator Tepe's lane and struck him head-on. Investigator Tepe and the other driver were killed instantly.
