Description: Agent Tourscher and Agent Ramon Nevarez were on routine patrol near Lordsburg, New Mexico when their department vehicle lost control and flipped several times. Agent Nevarez, the driver, was killed instantly in the single-car accident. Agent Tourscher was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries the next day.
