Description: Detective Taylor collapsed from heat stroke while attempting to mount and test surveillance equipment 150 feet off the ground, in 100 degree temperatures. He fell approximately five feet before his harness caught him. It took rescuers almost three hours to lower him to safety. Detective Taylor had already succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
