Description: Lieutenant Thomas was on patrol when his cruiser became stuck in the snow. While attempting to free the vehicle, Lieutenant Thomas slipped on the snow and struck his chest on the rear of the vehicle. Shortly thereafter, he became very ill and requested medical treatment. Before he could be helped, Lieutenant Thomas died of a coronary thrombosis.
