Description: Agent Torres-Soto was shot and killed while taking off-duty action. Agent Torres-Soto was in his vehicle at a local mall when he observed an altercation outside a bar involving a gun. Agent Torres-Soto identified himself as a police officer and took action. Agent Torres-Soto was shot over twenty times. The suspects were identified and apprehended.
