Description: Officer Tucker was sitting in the Sheriff's office chatting with Officer George Roff. When Officer Tucker stood up, his revolver fell from his hip pocket and dropped to the floor and discharged. Officer Tucker was struck above the hip and collapsed. A doctor was summoned but Officer Tucker died before receiving medical attention.
