Description: Chief of Police Towle suffered a fatal heart attack as he attempted to place a wanted suspect under arrest. Chief of Police Towle was off-duty when he saw the suspect. The two men argued and Chief Towle engaged in a struggle to bring the intoxicated suspect under control. Shortly after, Chief Towle collapsed and died of a heart attack.
