Description: Deputy Teaff and Deputy W. Manley arrested a suspect on a larceny warrant. As Deputy Teaff attempted to handcuff the suspect, the suspect's wife fired shots at the deputies. The suspect grabbed Deputy Teaff's weapon and fatally shot him twice with his own gun. The suspects fled but were later captured by a posse and charged with murder.
