Description: Patrolman Turner was shot and killed in Richmond, Kentucky by a suspect who had just shot and wounded two other men. The suspect opened fire, which struck Patrolman Turner once and knocked him down. The suspect then shot Patrolman Turner three more times. Patrolman Turner was able to return fire, striking the suspect. The suspect was arrested and charged with murder.
