Description: Officer Torres-Rodriquez had just arrived at a local restaurant when he witnessed a couple arguing and fighting. Officer Torres-Rodriquez approached the couple and identified himself as an officer and offered assistance. The male suspect produced a weapon and shot Officer Torres-Rodriquez several times. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
