Description: Agent Torres-Martinez was struck and killed by a drunken driver as he directed traffic around an accident scene. Agent Torres-Martinez, who was off-duty, witnessed the traffic accident and called the accident in to headquarters. While assisting the injured citizens, a DUI driver struck Agent Torres-Martinez and three of the injured citizens. Agent Torres-Martinez was thrown more than 200 feet and was pronounced dead at the scene.
