Description: Officer Tracz and his partner, Officer Fulton, stopped a car for running a red light. Officer Fulton went to the driver's side of the stopped car and without warning, the driver jumped out and began firing. Officer Tracz gave chase to the passenger who had escaped from the car. More gunfire erupted and Officer Tracz was hit, but he still managed to tackle the suspect. The suspect then turned and fired a fatal shot. The two men were caught over the next two years and are both serving life imprisonment.
