Description: Special Officer Torres was shot and killed as he patrolled the train yards in Mingus, TX. Officer Torres was transported to the hospital and was able to give a statement before he died, although he could not identify his assailant. The man approached, walked past him, turned and fired. The suspect was not apprehended.
