Description: Officer Taylor on his department motorcycle initiated a traffic stop on a driver of a taxi cab. Unknown to Officer Taylor, the passenger in the rear of the taxi cab had kidnapped the taxi driver, forcing the driver to drive him to Sherman, Texas. Officer Taylor was shot six times and killed instantly by the kidnapper.
