Description: Trooper III Toney died in a single-vehicle crash while in pursuit of a suspect for a traffic violation. Trooper Toney lost control of his patrol vehicle during the pursuit, causing his vehicle to leave the roadway and roll several times before coming to a rest in a field and catching fire. Trooper Toney died at the scene.
