Description: Police Officer Tokuoka and Sergeant Anthony Wallace were ambushed and killed by a lone gunman. Officer Tokuoka was off-duty and in his car with his family when he stopped to talk to Sergeant Wallace, who was on duty at the time. A suspect fatally shot both officers as they stood by the patrol vehicle. Officer Tokuoka died hours later at a local hospital, and Sergeant Wallace died during surgery.
