Description: Sergeant Timbrook was attempting to question a suspect about an arrest warrant, when the suspect turned and ran. As Officer Timbrook pursued the suspect through the neighborhood, the suspect turned and shot him in the head. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect was convicted of murder and executed by lethal injection in 2009.
