Description: Deputy Constable Talley was shot with his own gun as he struggled with a motorist. Deputy Talley stopped the driver because the car he was driving did not have proper lights. A struggled ensued between Deputy Talley, the driver and a passenger in the car. Deputy Talley was shot with his service revolver and died of his injuries two days later. The suspects were convicted of murder and each sentenced to 99 years and life in prison.
