Description: Officer Taylor drowned while attempting to rescue a man whose small rowboat had capsized in the Bonneau Reservoir in Box Elder, Montana during the Memorial Day holiday. While returning to the police boat, Officer Taylor went underwater and never resurfaced. His body was recovered two days later.
