Description: Police Officer Tirado was shot and killed while stopping a vehicle for reckless driving. Officer Tirado was working a department sanctioned off-duty security job and was in full uniform. As Officer Tirado approached the vehicle, the passenger exited the vehicle and shot Officer Tirado. The suspect was shot and killed during an exchange of gunfire with officers. Buckeye Police Officer Christopher Paz was also wounded but survived.
