Description: Officer Ronald Tsukamoto had just issued a warning to a motorcyclist when he was shot and killed. The suspect walked up to Ofc. Tsukamoto and the motorcyclist, spoke briefly to Ofc. TsukamotoŸ??s radio to call for help. Thirty four years later, Berkeley Police investigators identified and arrested a suspect, though charges were never brought in the case. Ofc.
