Description: Agent Tartt was shot during a barricade situation stemming from a domestic disturbance call. Agent Tartt was assigned to an area SWAT Team to assist with the barricade situation. When officers arrived at the scene, the suspect refused officer commands to exit the home. After negotiations were exhausted, SWAT members entered the home and the suspect opened fire. Agent Tartt was shot and killed. Three other members were wounded but survived. The suspect was also killed.
