Description: Police Officer Teeple was struck by a vehicle during a traffic stop. Officer Teeple was talking to a motorist regarding a missing headlight when he was struck by a passing vehicle. Officer Teeple was transported to the hospital where he died. The coroner ruled the death as accidental.
