Description: Captain Teeters was accidentally shot by a lieutenant while at the pistol range in the basement of the police station. Captain Teeters was conducting a drill in preparation for an upcoming inspection. A lieutenant was examining his gun after it misfired. The gun exploded and a bullet fatally struck Captain Teeters. Inadvertent Fire.
