Description: Patrol Officer Tinsley suffered a fatal heart attack while returning to his patrol car after pursuing a suspect. Officers were pursuing a suspect of a stolen motor vehicle that led to a vehicle and foot pursuit. After the suspect was apprehended by other officers, Patrol Officer Tinsley was returning to his patrol car when he collapsed. His partner attempted CPR and he was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
