Description: Trooper Tribby was killed in an automobile crash while attempting to ascertain the status of another vehicle crash. While off-duty and driving his personal vehicle in Winchester, Kentucky, Trooper Tribby saw a crash site where a vehicle was on fire. As Trooper Tribby was attempting to determine if the civilians involved in the crash needed assistance, his vehicle collided with a truck. Trooper Tribby died at the scene.
