Description: Police Officer Trosclair was electrocuted when a high tension wire came in contact with his patrol car. Officer Trosclair had exited the vehicle to place warning flares on Hwy 51 when the accident occurred. The wires had fallen when a power pole snapped in the aftermath of a storm.
