Description: Patrolman Taber was killed in a motorcycle accident while on his way home from training at the New Mexico State Training Headquarters. Patrolman Taber was traveling on his department motorcycle when a car pulled out in front of him. Patrolman Taber suffered a broken hip, lacerations and contusions on the face and head. He was transported to a local hospital where he died one week later.
