Description: Trooper Tevis was shot in the back of the head by a suspect he had arrested. The Troopers were escorting the suspect to headquarters when the man pulled a concealed .38 handgun and shot Trooper Tevis in the head. Trooper LeRoy Faulconer returned fire and killed the suspect.
