Description: Detective Tate was investigating the disappearance of a citizen when he himself went missing. Detective Tate's body was found the next day in a river-bottom field in Kibler. Detective Tate, the missing citizen, his wife and daughter were all shot execution-style. The suspect was convicted of four counts of capital murder and sentenced to death for the slayings.
