Description: Officer Turner was shot when he stopped to check a caf? after he completed his regular shift. This was a part of his scheduled assignment approved by Chief Rex Holmes. Officer Turner became involved in a heated argument with a suspect who shot him once in the head with a small caliber gun. The suspect was arrested and charged with murder.
