Description: Trooper Templeton succumbed to injuries he sustained the previous day when he was struck by a vehicle. Trooper Templeton and another State Trooper stopped on I-76 to help a man load two chemical tanks that had fallen off of the trailer. As they were loading the containers, a vehicle driven by a 16-year-old struck both troopers, killing Trooper Templeton instantly. The other trooper survived.
