Description: Deputy Utter, Deputy Carl Neff and Sheriff Thomas Lashbrook, were attempting to arrest several men for creating a public disturbance when they were fired upon. Deputy Utter and Sheriff Lashbrook died instantly and Deputy Neff died several hours later. One suspect was mortally wounded by law enforcement officers and another was arrested.
