Description: Troopers Uzzle and Elmer Mobley were killed in an automobile accident on US 23 when they swerved to avoid a large boulder in the middle of the road and collided with a truck. Trooper Mobley lost control of the patrol car as he attempted to avoid the boulder. The Troopers were responding to the scene of another accident when the collision occurred.
