Description: Special Agent Ulbright was seriously injured during a rocket attack in Kirkuk, Iraq. Agent Ulbright was deployed to Baghdad to administer polygraphs during the Iraq War. Agent Ulbright suffered serious facial burns, abdomen and leg injuries when the rocket exploded outside his work station. He died two days later in an Iraq hospital.
