Description: Constable Ulsh and a second officer were shot as they attempted to serve a warrant to a suspect regarding the theft of livestock and feed. As the officers entered the residence, the suspect turned off the light and began shooting. Constable Ulsh was shot in the chest and died at the scene. The second officer was also shot but survived his injuries. The suspect was convicted of first degree murder.
