Description: Officer Valadez was shot and killed while responding to a report of gunfire. Officer Valadez and his partner were questioning several residents when a vehicle drove by and an occupant open fire on the officers. Officer Valadez was shot in the leg and head, and transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his wounds.
