Description: Corporal Velazquez suffered a fatal heart attack while on duty. Earlier that day, Corporal Velazquez had pushed a disabled vehicle off the roadway during his midnight shift. After assisting on the roadway, Corporal Velazquez had to testify in court and went to the courthouse. After his testimony, Corporal Velazquez was planning to take a commuter train back to the station. While waiting on the train platform, Corporal Velazquez suffered the heart attack and died.
