Description: Deputy Sheriff Vise and six posse members were searching for horse thieves outside Hutchins, Texas. While attempting to cross a rain-swollen creek, Deputy Vises' horse bucked him off. Deputy Vise became entangled in some grapevines and drowned. His body was recovered approximately one hour later.
