Description: Officer Vincent was shot and killed in an act of revenge by a mentally deranged individual he transported to hospital for evaluation earlier in the week. The killer was Officer Vincent's cousin. The suspect, Terry Wedding, also killed Officer Vincent's wife, Amy, and Wedding's parents, Todd and Beverly Wedding. The parents had taken out a Mental Inquest Warrant on Wedding earlier in the week and Officer Vincent volunteered for assignment, thinking it would be easier on his cousin if a family member were involved.
