Description: Special Agent Varnon was fatally shot as he attempted to arrest two men who were robbing a boxcar in the train yard in Yoakum, TX. The suspects escaped with a 100-pound sack of corn. Agent Varnon was able to identify his attackers before he died. Two suspects were arrested and charged with murder.
