Description: Deputy Sheriff Wade attempted to serve an eviction notice at a residence when he was shot multiple times by one of the occupants at the residence. The suspect stole patrol vehicle and fled the scene and later abandoned the vehicle and carjacked a citizen in a nearby town. The suspect was taken into custody several hours later. Deputy Wade was able to radio for backup after he was shot and was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
