Description: Sergeant Walker succumbed to injuries sustained 10 days earlier when he was involved in an automobile accident on Brandywine Road. While en route to his residence, Sergeant Walker lost control of his unmarked cruiser on the rain-slicked road and struck a tree. Sergeant Walker was transported to the Washington Hospital Center with massive chest injuries. Sergeant Walker underwent several surgeries before succumbing to his injuries.
