Description: Inspector Walke was assaulted by a suspect at the police station, who was charged with public intoxication and spousal abuse. The suspect resisted arrest and struck Inspector Walke in the head with a club. Inspector Walke fell and struck his head on the cement floor. Inspector Walke was transported to a local hospital where he remained unconscious until his death two days later.
