Description: Patrolman White was shot as he and a second officer were transporting a prisoner to jail. The prisoner reached from the back seat and gained control of the Sergeant's revolver and shot Patrolman White. Officer White was transported to the hospital where he died. The suspect turned the gun on himself and committed suicide.
